👍Friendly and professional staff at the reception, especially the two ladies (Ms. Naima was very helpful). 👍The hotel's proximity to the Prophet's Mosque, making it convenient for me and my family. 👍The hotel's close proximity to the ladies' entrance of the mosque, which is convenient for female visitors. 👍Clean rooms with comfortable beds. 👍Supportive and accommodating hotel staff who were responsive to our requests. 👍Easy access to taxis for exploring the holy city of Madinah. 👍The presence of six fast-moving elevators for quick access to the upper floors of the hotel.

My recent stay at the hotel was overall a positive experience, marked by several commendable aspects as well as areas that could benefit from attention. One of the highlights was the complimentary offerings of coffee, tea, and more, which added a nice touch to the overall hospitality. Additionally, the ability of most staff members to communicate in English significantly enhanced the convenience of our stay, making interactions smooth and effective. The service quality was good, reflecting the staff's commitment to ensuring guests' comfort and satisfaction.

I wasn't expecting much as I only paid around £65 a night for a family of 4. But this hotel exceeded my expectations. Excellent location as it was only a 3 minute walk to the ladies gate Masjid Nabi. They allowed us early check in 9 am and i was grateful for this as I had young children. The room itself was very clean, spacious and modern. Lots of wardrobe space to store your belongings. Tea coffee sugar disposables and tissues were provided everyday. Staff called in to ask if we needed anything. I would definitely stay here again.

Location was perfect, few mins walk to both mens and ladies entrance, plenty of shops and food places nearby, was great value for money, great staff and very understanding, my flight was delayed by over a day, I contacted the hotel and they held the booking for me and I paid on check-in, I received prompt replies to all my messages and queries. Alhumdulillah, I have travelled to Madinah Munawarrah numerous times, and have stayed at the 5* hotels but I would definitely consider staying at this hotel again.
